Who We Are

Robs Rules DAO LCA is a Limited Cooperative Association (LCA). Formed under the Colorado Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act, our cooperative legal wrapper combines member-owned cooperative principles with flexible governance to support authentic, decentralized decision-making.

Our Origins & Evolution

Originally incubated as a governance project under OLinks Corporation, the initiative was created to address the critical need for structured, deliberative online decision-making and voting. As the platform matured, Robs Rules DAO transitioned into its own standalone cooperative enterprise. Today, OLinks Corporation continues to support the ecosystem as an administrator and technology service partner.

Our Mission: Authentic Decentralized Governance (DeGov)

Our purpose is to bring the essence of Robert’s Rules of Order to the blockchain, providing organizations, communities, and collectives with a transparent, equitable, and immutable governance platform. Rather than forcing members into rigid binary (Yes/No) choices, our process allows participants to debate, submit amendments, and achieve true consensus—prioritizing authentic human discourse over artificial automation.

How the Platform Works

Bridging Web2 user experience with Web3 transparency, Robs Rules DAO utilizes the Vocdoni blockchain voting protocol for deliberative voting and the Aragon framework for DAO management coupled with traditional business banking and accounting processes. Operating across Patron and Investor membership classes, we empower organizations of all sizes to make verifiable, democratic decisions on-chain.

Denis O’Neil is the Founder of OLinks Corporation. OLinks is the creator of EmailToVoice.net and the founder of Rob's Rules DAO Foundation.

Denis has extensive experience in communication-enabled business processes and has held CEO and executive positions in several international companies.
